(1980). He graduated at the Faculty of Civil Egineering of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and continued in his graduate studies at the Department of Metal and Wooden Structures, study major: Theory and Constructions of Engineering Structures. He obtained his PhD in the field of steel structures. He is a member of IASS, International Association for Shell and Spatial Structures, as well as co-author of expert articles in the field of modern steel structures. Currently, He also prepares external examiner reports and he is a member of committees for defence of master theses. In INGSTEEL, he has been working since 2005, at several specialist and executive positions. Since 2 November 2015, he has held the post of the Director General of the company.

(1984). She graduated from The University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Company Management. Dept. of Financial Management and Corporate Accounting in 2007. She joined INGSTEEL in 2003 as an accountant and became the Head of Finance and Controlling in June 2008. She has held the position of INGSTEEL´s Financial Director since January 2009.

(1962). She graduated from the Univesity of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Economy and Management of Production, Economy for Industry Dept. in 1985. After studies , she worked for STAVOINDUSTRIA s.p. (state company) in Bratislava until 1994 and, then, in several other comapnies at different economic positions. She joined INGSTEEL spol.s r.o. in 2005 as the senior economist. She became the Head of Economy and Accountancy in June 2008. She has held the position of Economic Director since January 2009

(1970). In 1993, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Košice and , in 1994, he graduated from a one-year study of Business Economics & Management programme. Starting in 1993, he has held several managerial positios in the VÁHOSTAV company, as a member of the Bosrd of Directors between 1997 and 2001 and as the Technical and Commercial Director between 2001 and 2003 . From 2002 to 2004, he held the position of the deputy of the Žilina Region in the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, from 2003 to 2004 , he was member of the Technical Committee of the Slovak Association of Building Entrepreneurs. Since joining INGSTEEL in 2004, he has worked as the Sales Director.

(1969). Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. After completing his studies, he worked as a site manager in several companies. In 1998 he started working as the Production and Technical Director in Chladiace veže Bohunice , s.r.o. He joined INGSTEEL in 2006 as the Director of Turnkey Projects Division.

(1979). He graduated at the Faculty of Material Technologies in Trnava of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, study major: production technologies and formation of materials. After completion of his studies, he worked in international company ZINKPOWER MALACKY, s.r.o. at the position of sales manager, head of production and, from 2010, as its managing director. In INGSTEEL, he has been working at the position of Director for Steel Structures since 1 October 2017.

(1980). Graduated from the High School of J.F. Rimavský in Levoča. For over 20 years, he worked in the ventilated claddings and glazed facades field. He has worked as a construction manager in Fenestra SK, Sipral Praha, HB Reavis companies, and as a project manager in Slovakia, England, Ireland, and France. Since 2020, he has been working as the head of the realization of facade structures at INGSTEEL, and from October 1, 2023, he became the Director of the Division for aluminum structures.
